Project Background
RimDrive Technology (RDT) has always been committed to excellence in the required spare parts.
However, in the highprecision processing of complex parts, their previous suppliers could not meet the demand, the project has high requirements for material corrosion resistance and durability, the material of the parts is mainly aluminum 5083, which requires 100% to achieve the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the grade, and the parts are large, the processing is easy to deform, and the requirements of roundness must be met under the premise of meeting the requirements of size.
The company was hindered by the unstable quality of the original suppliers, so it continued to look for suppliers around the world who could meet their product quality requirements.

Kunshan Deshegrui Machinery Co., Ltd.(DSR) is one of the leading companies specializing in the development, manufacturing and export of machinery products. Our factory is located in Suzhou City, Eastern China. Our products are mainly casting, machining, forging and stamping parts. Products and services involve machinery industry, automated production lines, telecommunications equipment, automated industrial equipment, etc. We also have a very strong engineering team. All engineers are familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks, Pro/engineer.
