We understand the need for timely delivery and offer a standard lead time of just 3 business days, ensuring your projects stay on track.
Metals: +/- 0.005″ (+/- 0.127 mm) in accordance with ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified
Plastics and Composites: +/- 0.010″
For projects requiring tighter tolerances, Deshengrui can manufacture and inspect parts to sub +/- 0.001″ tolerances, adhering strictly to your drawing specifications and GD&T callouts.
Our precision capabilities extend to a minimum feature size of 0.020” (0.50 mm), though this may vary depending on the part geometry and chosen material.
We can accommodate any standard thread size and are equipped to machine custom threads, though these will require a manual quote review.
To ensure safety and functionality, sharp edges are broken and deburred by default in all our machined parts.
The standard finish for our parts is as-machined: 125 Ra or better. We also offer additional finishing options which can be specified during the quote process.
